Martin is an attorney based out of Birmingham, Alabama although he handles cases throughout the country. He primarily focuses on social security disability benefits cases and civil rights cases but also handles personal injury and other litigation.
Martin's has a unique approach to the practice of law which incorporates his love of the community, accountability and most importantly helping his clients. Martin takes an active interest in his ciients cases and as people. Martin believes in a holistic approach to practicing law. Martin's family owned the Cotton's Department Store in Ensley for over 90 years and was very involved in the community. Martin has continued that legacy. Martin is involved in a number of community activities and also has been a legal analyst on a number of TV and Radio Shows over the years. Martin has received numerous awards for his accolades as an attorney as well as being devoted to his community work. Martin has been named a top attorney in Birmingham and a Super Lawyer for the region.
Martin was selected for the City of Hoover Leadership Class in 2018-2019 and also is an appointment member of the board of directors for the Birmingham Jefferson County Transit Authority. Martin has been married to the lovely Angela Webb Weinberg since 2006 and they enjoy traveling, walkiing and spending time with their dogs and kids.

A real life saver
