Biography
I spent four years in the United States Marine Corps Infantry. I had the honor of serving in Mogadishu, Somalia during Operation Restore Hope and the Phillipines during the eruption of Mount Pinatubo. After the Marine Corps, I attended Washington State University and The Florida State University College of Law. Immediately upon graduation from Law School I began working for the State Attorneys Office in the State of Florida prosecuting misdemeanor and felony crimes in the 19th Judicial Circuit. In 2004, I opened the Colter Law Group wherein we defend Families, good people accused of crimes, and those injured in automobile accidents.

STAY AWAY!
I researched attorneys before hiring Tom Colter and the only good thing about him is his tech/PR team. He will take every cent you make and hang you out to dry. No one there owns up to their mistakes and it’s appalling that he uses his veteran status to screw other veterans over.

Worst representation of a client ever.
Worst mistake I could've made hiring this firm , they will take every cent you have and still wont fight for what they promised they would. I wouldn't recommend this law office to anyone.

I hired this law firm and it was a huge mistake. There is no true representation. Please don't make the mistake of hiring them. It will cost you a lot and nothing done. They have a bad reputation among other attorneys. Hire someone else.

Unprofessional Scam Artist
Wouldn’t recommend Law Patriot to my worse enemy. Absolute scam artists. Billing for their mistakes and unwilling to hold theirselves accountable to their errors and omissions but will gladly charge you for their mistakes. Do not waste your time, find a professional firm.
