If I could give zero stars it wouldn’t be low enough.

This guy is a pure hack! It’s like he never went to law school and never saw the inside of a courtroom. Amazing that he even passed the bar. Steals your money with no results. BEWARE!!

Do not hire this unprofessional thief

Talks the talk but then sends inexperience staff to court, who lack not just experience but basic knowledge of law. They will charge you even for voicemails left on your phone, and when I tried to call and ask about charges he screamed at me and was extremely disrespectful and derogatory, telling me... that he was going to tell the office to never answer my calls again, and to sue him if I wanted to, when I just called to ask why they kept charging me even after the trial was over. He is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever met, he was screaming and completely lost his mind in 2 seconds after asking why I was being charged for emails and voicemails after trial, please hear my advice and research for a better lawyer or you will regret it. The person that he put on my divorce case was corrected by the judge multiple times in court for not knowing how to address the court or using law terms that were incorrect, which made us look incompetent. Research before you hire a lawyer. I completely regret my decision of hiring this firm.

Takes money & does not do job

This attorney appeared to be drunk based upon his behavior and refused to even review evidence proving my innocence. He advised me to plead guilty to something I didn't do and can prove I didn't do it. He is lazy, unprofessional and incapable of understanding fact from fiction. He took $4,500 to file... a notice of appearance & review the false allegations made against me. He does not care about truth and is too lazy to do the job he was hired to do. I fired him & retained counsel who took the time to review facts. Don't waste your money on the hiring this man. He has no integrity and doesn't fight for the truth. He takes your money & does nothing. He truly is a waste of time & money. He literally did nothing but read the charges & apparently believed what was written. He even accused me of fabricating my W-2's & all he had to do was subpoena W-3 records from the IRS to prove validity of the W-2s, but he was too lazy to do anything he was hired for.

Excellent Attorney

I recently was in need of legal representation and contacted Colter law group. Upon reviewing situation Tom advised me of my options. I made my decision based on all pertinent information and hired him. I most likely was going to prison due to my behavior. Tom was able keep me out of prison and at ho...me with my family due to his expertise and knowledge of the judicial system. I also feel that he really did not want me to be away from my 3 year old son, as he is a compassionate man. I am thankful that I contacted Tom and he was a straight shooter with me about my situation. I would recommend consulting the Colter Law Group for any legal needs. Tim Moriarty
