Missed important wording in a document
We hired Ms. Tufte for a VOP trial. The more we spoke with her and especially my boyfriend, who was incarcerated, we had our concerns about her abilities and outcome of the case. Replied last August 15, 2016I have no idea who posted this review or what they are talking about. When a person is charged with violating probation it is usually because they committed a new criminal violation, tested positive for drugs or violated some probationary order. There may be a defense to all of these possible violations, depending on the details. The allegation that a required court document was missing in order for him to be charged would be completely false because a VOP is alleged by the probation officer filing a document with violation allegations - nothing filed = no VOP alleged.

Outstanding Job
My nephew was facing life in prison. He was charged with attempted murder and other felonies. The "victim" and witnesses changed their stories several times.
