Arrested? DUI? Family issue? T. Charles Shafer. Helping others for over 30 years. Let me help you.
I have always been drawn to the underdog, the disabled, the less fortunate. I believe there is a duty to help others, especially those for whom life has been difficult.
In my spare time I like to read, exercise, watch sporting events, and be with family. I am fanatic about USC Gamecock football and UNC Tar Heel basketball!
