Bad, bad, bad

I was a client of hers and its was an awful experience. She allowed the opposing counsel to degrade and say awful things about me without any proof until the judge had to act as my attorney. Just bad bad bad, all around. I would ask for a public defender instead if I had to do it all over again. Ple...ase do not waste your money. Now I have an attorney worth every penny.

Top-Notch Lawyer!

I am so thankful for having Attorney Mitchell by my side from beginning to end. She is the only lawyer that truly gets it (and I have had a few in the past that clearly didn’t). She is a “Team Player” all around! A client will never feel that they have lost ALL control of their case with Attorney Mit...chell. When hiring an Attorney to represent you, please consider hiring Attorney Johanna Mitchell. I am proud to say that I did and will again if need be in the future.

Joanna handled my case with great professionalism and care. I was kept in the loop on all important issues pertaining to my case and felt at ease asking any question I had during the process. She has the drive when you want a Lawyer on your side of an issue. We won the case hands down!

Joanna Mitchell represented us in a case that we were told by other lawyers and professionals was an impossible one to win and too late. With her knowledge, creativity, perseverance and diligence Ms. Mitchell defied the dissenters in our situation and we are still amazed at the outcome she has secure...d for us. Job Well Done!

If you have ever seen the movie, Jerry McGuire, you will get a feel for who Joanna is as your attorney. I am not talking about the Jerry in the first part of the movie but the Jerry in the latter part of the movie. His personal care in treating his client as more than just a client or pehaps a case n...umber but a person with needs, struggles, challenges and conflicts. This is who Joanna is. This is why I am writing this review. She not only grasp a firm understanding of my problem & circumstances but meticulously and methodically developed the best course of action for my situation...for my case. She never placed me into a box or a category thinking OK - this is just like XYZ case, etc, etc. Nothing to the contrary, she developed a personal and specific plan of action. When was the last time you know of an attorney doing such? When we went into court, she was well prepared as if she had rehearsed how it all would play out beforehand. And when my exwife spoke incorrectly in the courtroom or spoke wrongly or said one inconsiderate thing - BAM! Gotcha! What did you say? Wow, I would never have gathered such. Went right over my head. This is truly a pro at work. isn't this what your lawyer, your confidant, your collaberator, your ally is supposed to do? Aren't they suppose to have your best interest at hand? Or merely their own (ie: how much can they bill you for)? In the future, as long as Joanna is practicing law, I will use no other attorney for any of my court issues because trust and piece of mind is everything and there are just too many lawyers in this town only after my money and not interested in my circumstances nor my particular case situation. I encourage you to use her too but not if it cost her bill rate to increase....go away! LOL
