There are not enough stars to give an adequate review for Anne Raduns. I've been practicing corporate law for 20 years. I deal with lawyers in virtually everything I do. There are good ones and bad ones out there. Anne is a great one. I came to Anne with a highly unusual and very complicated cus...tody conflict involving my two young sons. If you've never dealt with the family court system, you can't begin to appreciate the complexity, the delays, and the uncertainty. Anne can't make those things go away, but she can help you -- like she helped me -- get through them while preserving your sanity. And she got the best possible outcome for my sons and me, in what seemed like eons but in reality was an incredibly short period of time. (Did I mention that family court does not move swiftly?) There are two extremely important things I saw during my work with Anne. The first, and probably the most important, is that the judges trust her and respect her. They know she's not going to come into court with some puffed-up blather or some unfounded sob story: if she says something in court, it's the truth, and the judges know it. The second thing relates to the first: for clients, family law can be highly emotional, highly charged and conflict-ridden. I'm an emotional person by nature, so that was true in spades for me. Anne knows how to manage that -- how to keep clients from losing their minds when it seems to be taking forever, when the "other side" is misbehaving, when things just don't seem to make sense. She's backed up by Jodi, an amazing paralegal, and by a first-class legal office. If she tells you something, you should believe it. If she takes your case, you're the luckiest client in Marion County, for sure, and maybe anywhere. Hire Anne Raduns. Then trust her and do what she says. She's an amazing lawyer. I highly recommend Mrs. Raduns and everyone in her practice. They have been there with our family through everything and still continue to be there for us even today as you read this review.
