HORRIBLE

I went to her for my paternity case and from our whole conversation she seemed to have no sympathy for me. I'm not sure if it was because l'm black but she told me that she wouldn't even advise me to open this case. I should just raise my child without getting the father involved. It also seems as i...f they do not have a good relationship with one of the judge according to the assistant but I see why. I’m glad I found another lawyer who is actually concerned for me and has been fighting for my case. If this is how you run your business and look at black mothers, then you should think about being a lawyer for something else. You were of no help to my situation and I would never recommend this lady to anyone!

First - you are not a client. My legal opinion has absolutely nothing to do with race, gender, religion, or sexual identity. I try hard to give clients very honest and straightforward advice based on the merits of the case . If you were a client you would have discovered that we are zealous advocates for our clients regardless of race, gender, sexual identity or religions affiliation.

Best lawyer

Ms. Raduns and her staff are efficient, empathetic, and extremely professional. Questions were always answered in a timely manner. While enduring the process of a long and difficult divorce, Ms. Raduns and her staff were thoroughly prepared for Court proceedings having reviewed and presented all ap...plicable case law pertinent to my case. Best Litigator Ever -- UPDATE -- FIVE STARS AREN'T ENOUGH

This is an update to a review I initially wrote in 2016. In the previous review I said that Anne is the best litigator I've ever met, and I've been a lawyer for well over 20 years! In addition to all the things I said in that review -- which remain true -- Anne continued representing me for another 2... years after my children and I relocated to California. During that time, my ex-wife's lawyer tried all sorts of procedural games to keep jurisdiction over the case in Ocala. Anne's opposing counsel was one of the local "good ol' boys" who has the integrity of a jackal (and the arrest record to prove it, but I digress). Anne triumphed over all sorts of puffery, gamesmanship, dishonesty and vitriol. She was patient, steadfast, professional, always prepared, unflappable in the face of literally years of the most rigid and ridiculous opposition you can imagine! She kept me sane when there were many times I'd otherwise have lost my mind. Eventually she wore out even Mr. Board Certified Windbag, and he gave up and went away with his tail between his legs. Thank you, Anne. You are the best.

Excellent!!!

Ms. Raduns and her staff are all excellent and professional. Ms. Raduns is a compassionate, experienced attorney that is easy to talk too and knowledgeable about the Florida Family Law. I was given realistic expectations and have had the process made easier. Ms. Raduns is consoling when needed and as...sertive at the right times. I truly recommend Ms. Raduns to anyone seeking an intelligent, confident and honorable attorney. I am extremely thankful for Ms. Raduns as well as Ms. Terracinas time and dedication in my case.
