Knowledgeable Pragmatic Efficient

Attorney Smith and his entire staff exemplify professionalism. The entire process from scheduling an appointment to receiving legal services was smooth, efficient and professional. Attorney Smith advised me on a real estate matter. A couple of highlights from my work with Chris. First he listens ca...refully and gathers his thoughts prior to recommending a solution or an approach. Second he grasps the issues quickly and can outline an approach to resolve the issue or analyze a solution you may have. Finally, he is efficient not needing to conduct more research or needing to get back to me. He advised me based on my goals and merits and I executed a solution. Within 24 hours the matter was resolved.

Revocable Trust

Chris and his team, particularly Jane were pleasant to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and able to address all of our questions and concerns when creating our Revocable Trust Documents. The process was efficient and effective with the entire process from start to finish and receiving a h...ard copy of the signed documents in less than two weeks. Would highly recommend Chris and his team!

Smith Law Review

Updating our estate planning documents has been on our to do list for 2 years. We weren't looking forward to finding another attorney. We called Smith Law and after speaking with Chris Smith and Jane Plaisance we knew we found our law office. Chris took the time to explain everything. He answered all... of our questions with no legal jargon making it very easy to understand the complex documents. We would highly recommend Chris Smith and his team to anyone looking to set up estate planning documents for the first time or updating existing documents.
