Highly Recommend Smith Law

Working with Smith Law on a business start up and a family trust has been a great experience. They seem to know everything about the issues we are needing legal advice. Our family feels so much safer having consulted with Chris Smith on both business and estate planning.

Excellent Legal Representation

I have never met a more responsive attorney who speaks in PLAIN english allowing you to fully digest (with pure clarity) answers to all of your questions. I have been doing business with Chris for many years and he has helped me with everything from recording a warranty deed to a major business legal... issue. I have been extremely happy with his guidance and will always go to him first for any of my legal needs. I recommend this firm highly... five stars does not do them justice.

Amazing & Professional Firm

Highest praise for Chris and Marci his paralegal

When my business failed it was extremely stressful. There were so many levels of issues that I needed to deal with. Looking back i do not know how I would have made it through without the superior service I received from Chris and Marci. They were both fantastic. Chris helped me plan my strateg...y, and then Marci picked up the ball and provided superior service. The entire process was extremely painless, and I never would have expected that to be the case. I cannot say enough great things about them both. I would highly recommend Chris to friends and family.

Excellent Attorney and Staff Members

Hired Chris when my company was having financial problems and was looking to crash and burn in the not too distant future. Tried everything i could to save the business but, it was a train wreck in slow motion. Since I was the sole stock holder and had a personal guarantee on a large note he recomm...ended just a personal BK and only corporate BK if it looked necessary. He was always very responsive with emails and my questions. In addition, his paralegal Marci Reedy was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. It's a humiliating process filing BK and they made a horrible experience bearable and very supportive in the process.
