A cut above!

I found Chris and team through a random Google search after leaving a different law firm in tears (they were dismissive, seemed disinterested and uncompassionate). Smith Law is exactly the warm, compassionate team that I needed, and that everyone deserves. The legal documents were prepared quickly, a...nd the fees were refreshingly reasonable. Chris explained everything in detail and with kindness and patience, and his staff was so accommodating and gracious. The facility and location are spectacular, and I will be using Smith Law for years...with confidence.

Clients count here!

With the recent passing of our dear mom, and subsequent sale of her home we inherited, left us with many questions and unknown tax issues. Our association with the Smith Law staff, and Chris himself were only consultation - twice - but it was their casual, no-pressure counsel and useful info that mad...e us feel like these folks really care about answering your questions to your satisfaction, and hopefully, solving your problems. Highly recommended.

Timely, Thorough Professional Service

I used Smith Law for a mortgage loan closing. Monica was the case rep. assigned to me. The entire process was handled in a very timely and professional manner. Best in Sarasota!

I was first introduced to Smith Law by a friend and client who had chosen the firm to handle their real estate closing. From my initial contact, It became abundantly clear to me that this is not your usual law firm. The level of service provided by Chris, Monica, Jane and Teri is a constant example... that they put their client first. They excel not only in their knowledge and expertise, but take the time to ensure all matters are understood and handled timely and appropriately. Their responsiveness also deserves to be mentioned. Need an answer or help? You won't be waiting long and yet are never made to feel it's a bother. If you're looking for client focused, skilled professionals this is your firm. It surely will remain mine.
