Friendly and professional

It was a complete pleasure to work with Chris Smith and his assistant Jane. They were extremely helpful and more than pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their Will of estate planning.

I'm a delighted client.

My wife and I are delighted to work with Chris Smith and his team (Jane and Catherine)! I am the son of a (retired) estate planning attorney, so I appreciate the importance of having Trusts, Living Wills, Last Wills and Testaments, and Powers of Attorney in place. We have had significant changes to o...ur personal and financial lives (and relocated from California to Florida), so it was really important to update all of these documents. Chris Smith is both very competent and very easy to work with. His documents are well written and easy for a non-lawyer to understand. He was very thorough and patient as he addressed all of my questions. I am also happy that I did not have to wait weeks to get onto his calendar, which is sometimes a problem with professionals. This has overall been a great experience. Thank you!

Will, Health documents

Chris did an excellent job incorporating my end of life wishes into a straightforward document. Though I asked him for a few revisions as I considered the final document, he made the changes quickly and thoroughly. He and his are efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I have recommended this offic...e to a few others already!!

Very competent and caring lawyer!

Professional Lawyer

Chris was extremely professional in answering all of my questions and discussing my concerns ahead of our meeting. It was very easy finalizing my Will, POA and Deed changes for my property. Jane, his Administrative Assistant is fantastic and could not do enough to make you comfortable through... the process. I will continue to use this office for all legal matters that I may need.
