Just What I Needed!

I had a very comforting experience with Chris Smith and his paralegal Marci Reedy. Bankruptcy was a difficult thing to go through, and I was scared, but Chris and Marci helped me through it. The personal attention I received was very reassuring. They were very knowledgeable about the process and p...resented everything in a professional, but understandable way. I never felt lost or uninformed. Chris even came with me to the hearing. They made a difficult situation much easier to handle.

Post CH 7 Review

Chris was recommended by my Divorce Attorney to look into the possibility of a CH 13 filing post-dissolution. As time went on, it appeared a CH 7 was my best course of action. Chris and his Paralegal Marci were a pleasure to work with as I struggled with the totality of loses both personally and fi...nancially. Their office ALWAYS made time for my questions and court events whenever needed. The professional and ethical spirit of their work was a refreshing change for me from the family law atmosphere of the previous few years. I could not have been more pleased with the council and meticulous efforts of Chris and Marci. Please consider them first when the services they provide are needed for you. I know you will be very pleased.

Excellant Attorney for Bankruptcy

Christopher made by Chapter 13 go very smoothly dealing with the court and Trustee. His paralegal Marci was extremely helpful in answering questions and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I have since referred 4 friends to him. Would I hire him again? Absolutely

Christopher Smith bankruptcy review

I hired Chris to help my wife and I with our Chapter 13 and subsequent Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Our situation was complex because we were also in the foreclosure process with a primary and secondary loan. I had interviewed several bankruptcy lawyers before Chris and immediately knew he was the man f...or the job because he suggested a solution for our situation that none of the other lawyers had thought of. Chris's amazingly competent paralegal, Marci Reedy, made the entire paperwork process as painless as possible. Chris and Marci answered every question I had (and I had plenty of tough ones) in the most knowledgeable and professional manner. In short, Chris and Marci walked us through the entire process in the manner in which I wish every lawyer I have ever dealt with in the past had done. We just received our discharge and are debt free including the deficiency on the foreclosure.. If you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney look no further than Christopher Smith.
