I hired albert for my child's custody case. In my initial consultation albert explained the law and the process to me. He said under tlmy circumstances he couldn't see it going any other way and that it was highly likely I'd get an emergency order granted. He made it sound like anything other than ge...tting it granted would be illogical and near impossible. The next time I saw him I went into his office where he quickly changed his tune to "this is more likely to happen". Then he sat down with me and almost had me sign a bunch of petitions with someone elses name on them. That should have been my red flag. My initial filling was loaded typos. Next his legal aid didn't know what a return of service form was. After that my hearing was approaching and albert was on vacation during my hearing date so he put his associate on my case. This women is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. She worked from home and during our meetings she would ask me to hold to speak to her mother or talk to her husband about what's for dinner. During the hearing she was like a dear in head lights despite supposedly having years of experience. She failed to show a clear and direct narrative and even failed the bring up points that were in the intial filing. The judge asked both sides to submit their arguments and proposed orders in writing. This is where it got really bad. At this point I have been working with these people for 2 months or so. The first draft she sent me was full spelling and grammar errors almost every other sentence. She told me she didn't have spell check on. The next draft was a little better but still a ton of grammar errors and the layout was confusing and hard to read or make sense of what she was trying to communicate. She kept saying I moved from a state I never lived in and I had to correct it on every draft until the final once so after 4 drafts and me telling her that's the wrong state she finally got it right. After 3 months of working with a client how do you not know what state they moved from when it's part of your motion? Fast forward another month albert asks for payment. I pay him then my motion is denied. I call albert obviously upset. The first thing he says to me is "I don't garentee results" well you sure made it sound like a garentee at the beginning. So now my child's arm has been broken due to negligence from the other party. I try to talk to albert again. He tells me I'm not being objective about the situation to which I responded this is the exact reason I filed this in the first place andeven went through this process to protect my child. So he's now drained me off all my money he refuses to do a rehearing himself in light of my child's broken arm and is now filing to withdraw as my counsel. Do not use albert mathews. He will drain you then leave you high and dry when you need help the most

In fact, everyone knows it is challenging to make the right decision on trusting the right person when hiring an attorney. Writing a quick note about Mr. Alguadich, "my attorney, "is a pleasure." Albert's Professionalism is beyond what I was expecting. He took his time to explain and clarify ever...y single detail related to my case. No matter how many questions I had, he was in the best position to go over. Everybody's case is different; it took longer than expected because of its nature. I am delighted with the results. If you seek professionalism, respect, honesty, and knowledge, I highly recommend Mr. Alguadich.

I am amazed by the efforts that went into helping me change the estate for my family. It wasn't a straightforward or easy case by any means and I applaud Albert and Cathy's efforts! It took a little longer than they promised, but they kept me in the loop! Having the job done correctly , even if it t...ook a few more weeks was worth the wait!
