However, I do urge you not to take his kindness for weakness as if appropriate and necessary he can be a very fierce advocate in your corner. He is polite and professional but he will put up his gloves in your defense if he needs to. If he feels he can save you money by having you do some of the "legwork" (making copies, etc.) then he will advise you to do so even though he'd have no problem doing it himself. I found it pretty honorable that he is sincerely looking out for your wallet opposed to his. Al is very adamant about making sure his clients fully understand every single step that is taken in the process of coming to a conclusion. I can honestly say that if you decide to retain Mr. Alguadich you will not regret your decision as he is a goodhearted, respectful, honest, ethical and intelligent attorney in town.
