Because they don’t want to take risks, They will devalue you until you settle in order to guarantee a paycheck for themselves. If I could go back in time I would never have hired them/him and you shouldn’t. T...here are real lawyers who care out there so don’t settle for this. Your worth more.

Tom did some work for us setting up an LLC and drafting real estate contracts. He is younger for Naples, but extremely knowledgeable and a real go getter. This work was small potatoes for Tom who is a fantastic litigator, but he still handled our needs with care and was very responsive/easy to work w...ith. Tom Rinaldi performs excellent research on case law and explains the authority in an understandable manner. He will tell a client both the advantages and disadvantages the client's position taking into consideration a cost benefit approach of litigation...frank and honest....what a client really need...s. His fees are quite reasonable considering his skill level and the reputation of his firm.
