Thomas Kenneth Rinaldi

Tom did some work for us setting up an LLC and drafting real estate contracts. He is younger for Naples, but extremely knowledgeable and a real go getter. This work was small potatoes for Tom who is a fantastic litigator, but he still handled our needs with care and was very responsive/easy to work w...ith. I know Tom has already had a great career litigating some big cases in the court room and am sure he will continue to find success through his hard work, intelligence, and deep understanding of the law. I would recommend him to anyone.

Tom Rinaldi performs excellent research on case law and explains the authority in an understandable manner. He will tell a client both the advantages and disadvantages the client's position taking into consideration a cost benefit approach of litigation...frank and honest....what a client really need...s. His fees are quite reasonable considering his skill level and the reputation of his firm.
