Tom did some work for us setting up an LLC and drafting real estate contracts. He is younger for Naples, but extremely knowledgeable and a real go getter. This work was small potatoes for Tom who is a fantastic litigator, but he still handled our needs with care and was very responsive/easy to work w...ith. I know Tom has already had a great career litigating some big cases in the court room and am sure he will continue to find success through his hard work, intelligence, and deep understanding of the law. Tom Rinaldi performs excellent research on case law and explains the authority in an understandable manner. He will tell a client both the advantages and disadvantages the client's position taking into consideration a cost benefit approach of litigation...frank and honest....what a client really need...s. His fees are quite reasonable considering his skill level and the reputation of his firm.
