I was introduced to and ultimately engaged attorney Tom Rinaldi to represent me for a small claims dispute. Tom Rinaldi performs excellent research on case law and explains the authority in an understandable manner. He will tell a client both the advantages and disadvantages the client's position taking into consideration a cost benefit approach of litigation...frank and honest....what a client really need...s. His fees are quite reasonable considering his skill level and the reputation of his firm.
