Roy William Foxall

My familly hored Roy Foxall when I was in jail for a misdemeanor which violated my probation, Very very late showing up to court rude, called him from jail when he finally excepted charges for call, did not even know who I was or my charges, Did absolutely nothing at court to try to get me out, he ke...pt wanting extentions, horrible took what Judge offered, No faith in Roy Foxall at all. Totally incompetent 5 thousand for 1 misdemeanor, could have gotten a real lawyer.

Unfortunately I did not pay attention to others’ negative reviews. I hired him to represent my father’s divorce. We frequently found out he hadn’t done something that was needed or contempt hearings were filed because of missing information. We were notified about these things through my father’s so...on to be ex-wife! We were frequently told, everything is fine. But in fact that was not the case. Finally frustrated to the point of anger, I called the office and was hung up on by his secretary after trying to figure out what information we needed to do to complete the divorce. I absolutely would not recommend this attorney!

I have hired a few lawyers over the years to handle different legal issues and Roy was easily the best one. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable- all attributes of a good attorney. And he was very accessible- phone, email, office meetings- which was ideal for me. He was very fair with his p...ricing. I always felt like he had my best interests in mind, which isn't true of some attorneys. I highly recommend him.

This man is a life saver, i walked into his office as desperate as can be seeking answers and professional advice as the mother of my child was trying to relocate to another state with my son. He assured me of my rights as a parent and all the procedures and steps that needed to be taken to move forw...ard with this case. He has been accessible at all times to reach, what mainly not only shocked me but caught my attention is that Roy doesn't believe in paralegals he personally addresses every call to his office not like your typical high horse lawyer nowadays that you cant ever speak to on the phone. Roy has been very professional , firm and very respectful he was very involved in my case also felt like a friend was consulting me at times. He was concerned always if the mother was allowing me to spend proper time with my son needless to say this case didn't even make it to court before everything reached a settlement. THANK YOU ROY!

I was a client of Mr. Foxall. I did not like his overall service: Poor communicator, short, ambiguous, nonresponsive eplies to questions. He failed to properly get important evidence in the proper format for court and thus it was objected to and substained by the court. He failed to depose key wi...tnesses at the request of the client, then failed to put them on a witness list for court, again, they were objected to and the court agreed not to permit their testimony. This led to loosing the case and a necessary rehearing. These mistakes are among the reasons I did not like his service.
