Roy William Foxall

Unfortunately I did not pay attention to others’ negative reviews. I hired him to represent my father’s divorce. We frequently found out he hadn’t done something that was needed or contempt hearings were filed because of missing information. We were notified about these things through my father’s so...on to be ex-wife! We were frequently told, everything is fine. But in fact that was not the case. Finally frustrated to the point of anger, I called the office and was hung up on by his secretary after trying to figure out what information we needed to do to complete the divorce. I absolutely would not recommend this attorney!

Unless you are looking for minimal effort, and a lawyer who goes to court completely unprepared, do not hire Mr. Foxall. I filed a restraining order for my ex husband's continual harrassment, which was turned down. Even after the divorce was settled, I had to take my ex back to court to enforce my "...right of refusal" which was also turned down in favor of my ex's mother. I am an upstanding single Mom who has never been legally or socially out of line. Mr. Foxall's attitude was "Oh well," while I was crushed and crying. I ended up with 50/50 custody from a very cruel divorce. You would be wise not to hire Mr. Foxall.

I have hired a few lawyers over the years to handle different legal issues and Roy was easily the best one. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable- all attributes of a good attorney. And he was very accessible- phone, email, office meetings- which was ideal for me. He was very fair with his p...ricing. I always felt like he had my best interests in mind, which isn't true of some attorneys. I highly recommend him.

Horrible, I went in for a simple child support case, it took 3 years. His office is incompetent, and there billing is ridiculous. I had a credit on my account and they added it as a monthly charge. Charges for the same thing were double charged for supposed review. He had no idea about my case, u...ntil he reviewed his notes, although supposedly was being charged for reviewing the case all the time. I do not reccomend him. I could have probably gotten the same amount of child support representing myself. Horrible waste of money!!!!

Not only would I recommend Roy, I have recommended Roy to various business associates! First and foremost, Roy Foxall is interested in finding a solution to the issue at-hand; NOT padding his bill. While compromise is generally his first inclination, he has absolutely no trepidation about vigorously ...pursuing litigation if that is what the situation demands. I have worked with a great number of attorneys over the past 30+ years in business and Roy's skills are unparalleled.
