Linda Holly Fried

Unfortunately, I have been in litigation with my ex since March of 2015. I basically donated thousands of dollars to my first attorney who did nothing! In (I believe) September of 2015, I retained Linda Fried to represent me. She is a beast! She has done more than I could have ever imagined possi...ble. I tell everyone to trust the process and trust your attorney. Assuming of course your attorney is Linda. Had I had my way in the very beginning, I would have lost out on so much! We tend to want what we want when we want it. In the moment, I didn't have the ability to see clearly and take the emotions out of case. (Something I still struggle with, but Linda works diligently to try to reel me in... which, is no easy task) Thankfully, Linda knows what she is doing and has never done what I ask but rather what she feels and knows is best. This has ALWAYS resulted in an outcome that exceeds my expectations every single time! If you want someone who will fight for you and do things accordingly, within the scope of the law, Linda Fried is for you! This also makes her highly regarded and respected by the courts. If you want an attorney who is going to file nonsense, frivolous Motions for the sake of billing and ultimately also loosing the court's respect and credibility, Linda is not the attorney for you. How I have seen the judges address the Linda Fried and how I have seen them address other attorneys speaks for itself. Her office returned my call the same day I left a message for her. She did not have an opening in her schedule that worked with mine, but she made time to meet with me anyway. She was there for me from the first time we spoke. Her knowledge of the law and direct advice was always accurate. I had a...n especially contentious divorce. My ex-husband did everything to afford himself the upper hand and was the sole provider in our marriage. The day that the court finally awarded me emergency spousal support, I got it the very same day because of how hard she fought and because she was done with the paperwork before we ended our Zoom call! On the last day of mediation, it was apparent we might have to go to trial the next day. The magistrate told me he knew I didn’t want to have to do that, and he was right. However, by this time working with Mrs. Fried, I knew that if we had to she would be ready to go. Mrs. Fried is an exemplary attorney. So much that I know for a fact my ex tried to find a new one halfway through the divorce. He was looking for someone who was also board certified in marital and family law, like Mrs. Fried is. She is a champion of women and a warrior! It was the best call I have ever made, and I can’t imagine what would have happened if I had not called her office that day. In no uncertain terms, Mrs. Fried saved my life.

Linda is an excellent attorney. When you see her in front of the judge you quickly realized that is the attorney for you. she is brilliant, compassionate, and a quick thinker. she looks out for your best interest and wins.
