Roy William Foxall

I went to Mr. Foxall for my divorce and at first he and his paralegal seemed very nice and knowledgeable. I was dealing with coming out of an abusive relationship, and my husband was trying to drag out the divorce basically to torture me. I had questions for Mr. Foxall about my divorce (that’s why ...I hired a lawyer, because I’m not a legal expert), he got irate with me. I just wanted to understand the process, but instead of answering my questions he screamed at me to get the f*** out of his office. He is a terrible lawyer and I’m sorry I ever gave him a penny. The way I was treated was inexcusable.

Unfortunately I did not pay attention to others’ negative reviews. I hired him to represent my father’s divorce. We frequently found out he hadn’t done something that was needed or contempt hearings were filed because of missing information. We were notified about these things through my father’s so...on to be ex-wife! We were frequently told, everything is fine. But in fact that was not the case. Finally frustrated to the point of anger, I called the office and was hung up on by his secretary after trying to figure out what information we needed to do to complete the divorce. I absolutely would not recommend this attorney!

Unless you are looking for minimal effort, and a lawyer who goes to court completely unprepared, do not hire Mr. Foxall. I filed a restraining order for my ex husband's continual harrassment, which was turned down. Even after the divorce was settled, I had to take my ex back to court to enforce my "...right of refusal" which was also turned down in favor of my ex's mother. I am an upstanding single Mom who has never been legally or socially out of line. Mr. Foxall's attitude was "Oh well," while I was crushed and crying. I ended up with 50/50 custody from a very cruel divorce. You would be wise not to hire Mr. Foxall.

I was referred to Roy Foxall by a very close friend. I would recommend Roy for his knowledge and experience in his field. During my divorce he was very kind and compassionate at some very difficult times. Jeanna and Kayla were very understanding and helpful whenever I contacted the office. I am very ...thankful for what Roy has done for me and would recommend him to my family and friends.
