Biography
After serving four years in the Navy JAG Corps in Norfolk, VA, I decided to open up Roy W. Foxall, P.A. in Fort Myers, Florida, in 1995. My law practice focuses on complex courtroom-based cases such as divorce and civil litigation. In the past few years, Ft. Myers has seen a dramatic increase in foreclosure suits with homeowners facing potential judgments of hundreds of thousands of dollars. While mortgage foreclosure defense was an occasional area of practice prior to this, it has become one of the main focuses of my firm.

Horrible, I went in for a simple child support case, it took 3 years. His office is incompetent, and there billing is ridiculous. I had a credit on my account and they added it as a monthly charge.
