Roy William Foxall

Unless you are looking for minimal effort, and a lawyer who goes to court completely unprepared, do not hire Mr. Foxall. I filed a restraining order for my ex husband's continual harrassment, which was turned down. Even after the divorce was settled, I had to take my ex back to court to enforce my "...right of refusal" which was also turned down in favor of my ex's mother. I am an upstanding single Mom who has never been legally or socially out of line. Mr. Foxall's attitude was "Oh well," while I was crushed and crying. I ended up with 50/50 custody from a very cruel divorce. You would be wise not to hire Mr. Foxall.

I have hired a few lawyers over the years to handle different legal issues and Roy was easily the best one. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable- all attributes of a good attorney.
