Roy William Foxall

Unless you are looking for minimal effort, and a lawyer who goes to court completely unprepared, do not hire Mr. Foxall. I filed a restraining order for my ex husband's continual harrassment, which was turned down. Even after the divorce was settled, I had to take my ex back to court to enforce my "...right of refusal" which was also turned down in favor of my ex's mother. I am an upstanding single Mom who has never been legally or socially out of line. Mr. Foxall's attitude was "Oh well," while I was crushed and crying. I ended up with 50/50 custody from a very cruel divorce. You would be wise not to hire Mr. Foxall.

After almost 6 years of litigation, and 2 previous attorneys i was referred to Roy Foxall. Roy and his team are amazing. Roy is very ethical, compassionate and agressive in court. He listens and fights for the kids. He keeps you informed. Hes very upfront with his fees, and does not push the paperwo...rk and constant phone calls just to keep his clock ticking to increase his fees like most attorneys do. This man is a life saver, i walked into his office as desperate as can be seeking answers and professional advice as the mother of my child was trying to relocate to another state with my son.
