Atty. Galasso is the best defense lawyer in the area. I was facing charges for striking an officer, while handcuffed, with my elbow, as he escorted me to his patrol unit. In fact, the officer struck me, I only walked willingly. The cover up was wicked, yet after 2 long years and the destruction of... my family, Mr. Galasso was able to show the truth to the Jury, and the cape coral police department did not get away with it. They did however escape the police brutality case, as the court date took so long, the statute had run out. The officer that hit me in the back of the head, never did show up for court. I meet Mr. Galasso for the first time 2 years ago. My son and I are from Indiana and while my son was on spring break in Ft. Myers he was arrested. Not knowing anyone in the Ft. Myers area, my son found Mr. Galasso thru his bail bondsman. Looking back now along this 2 year journey with my son and ...Mr. Galasso, I could not have asked for anyone better than to have Mr. Galasso represent my son.
