JP is awesome! I had contacted him with less than an hour (literally) to attain representation for an emergency ZOOM court hearing regarding DCF and a court order to “Produce” my two children. It is my opinion that Jean-Paul Galasso is possibly the greatest attorney SWFL has to offer. He defended in me in a criminal battery/touch/strike case with my ex that snowballed into a paternity case in which I temporarily and unjustly lost custody of my 4-year-old son in civil court. Afterwards, I r...eturned to Jean-Paul and asked him to come on the case to help get my son back. It was a nearly impossible task as my ex had employed 3 attorneys from a big name law firm in town, as well as key witnesses in his back pocket, but most importantly, the judge had already made his ruling. Other attorneys were convinced the judge would keep the child with the father until the supplemental petition trial. Although things seemed hopeless, Jean-Paul's tireless effort, strategic planning and execution in court convinced the judge to reverse his emergency order to terminate timesharing and return the child immediately. There are no words to express my feelings of joy and gratitude that day, but it was because of this attorney that I have my son back home.
