Atty. Galasso is the best defense lawyer in the area. I was facing charges for striking an officer, while handcuffed, with my elbow, as he escorted me to his patrol unit. In fact, the officer struck me, I only walked willingly. The cover up was wicked, yet after 2 long years and the destruction of... my family, Mr. Galasso was able to show the truth to the Jury, and the cape coral police department did not get away with it. They did however escape the police brutality case, as the court date took so long, the statute had run out. The officer that hit me in the back of the head, never did show up for court.
