Jean-Paul Galasso

JP Galasso did a great job in defending me. I was wrongfully accused of DUI in a minor fender-bender at 6:00am. The arresting officer refused to believe that I was not under the influence of anything except coffee. After agreeing to a breathilizer test and a urine test, I spent 8 hours in jail. When ...I got out and told Mr. Gallasso my story, he was very confident that the officer had no evidence. Anyway, All charges were dismissed for lack of evidence. Then the officer wanted to change the charge to reckless op, JP explained why that wasn't a valid charge. That was also dismissed by the Asst DA. After it was all over, JP could have asked for more money. But he assured me that the initial payment was to see the case all the way through. His fees were very reasonable. He is very knowledgeable about the law and believes in his clients.
