Real client in Naples

My family needed very specialized legal help and needed it fast last summer. Mr. Day took over a very complex criminal case, other attorneys were not too excited to look into. For a reasonable fee, all inclusive, he did all the work and ended up going to trial as our defense attorney. He did a phenom...enal job during the trial. It was like watching a movie...except it was all real life. Mr. Day was successful in uncovering the truth and doing us justice. He followed the case from beginning to the end and was there for us every moment of the way. He literally would pick up his phone and reply to a text within minutes. Ask yourself if your attorney would do that. In the end, honestly, no one can predict which way the case is going to go with 100 percent certainty. But let me assure you, you are in very good hands when you go with him. Mr.Day is the best lawyer in Naples area and beyond. PERIOD.

Grateful for the best representation in a difficult time

Extremely personable, very available to your questions and needs. Top tier attorney, charismatic and exceedingly knowledgeable. Nothing great happens without a process. In Naples, it's been an arduous task finding an attorney who is as organized and client-centered as Mr. Day. The whole process cou...ld have been much worse but Mr. Day delivered and produced a positive outcome. His attention to detail is immeasurable. I would highly recommend his councel. Especially when options are plentiful but positive outcomes are few. He provides the best representation one could ask for, simply the best attorney around.
