Atty. Galasso is the best defense lawyer in the area. I was facing charges for striking an officer, while handcuffed, with my elbow, as he escorted me to his patrol unit. In fact, the officer struck me, I only walked willingly. The cover up was wicked, yet after 2 long years and the destruction of... my family, Mr. Galasso was able to show the truth to the Jury, and the cape coral police department did not get away with it.
