Biography
Jason Gunter was born in Texas and raised in Southwest Florida. Before going to law school, Jason was a Firefighter for the City of Cape Coral Florida and a member of the Local 2424.
Jason attended law school at Nova Southeastern where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, 3/246 in his class. Jason was also on the Editorial Board of the Nova Law Review

We represent individuals and companies in Labor and Employment Law and Business Law. We assist and represent our Employment clients and Business clients in various matters including advice, drafting of legal documents, investigations and audits, and litigation through jury trial and appeal.
We also handle serious personal injury cases and medical malpractice. Our personal injury clients come to us because of our knowledge, our prompt attention to their case, and aggressive representation. Although we are a boutique specialty firm, we have the financial resources to litigate against an adversary of any size. Most of all, personal injury and medical malpractice clients come to us because of our reputation and documented case results, many of which are in the millions. These can be found on our website.
Jason has several passions. Most recently, he enjoys mentoring and training young lawyers on the practice of law and how to be successful as a lawyer and an entrepreneur. Jason also enjoys racing in triathlons. He has competed in 5 full Ironman's, including the legendary Ironman Kona Hawaii twice. His Ironman racing has been featured on national television and numerous magazines.
