About me

Bill Mitchell was born in Great Falls, Montana but since 1982 has lived with his wife Mary and their three sons in Tampa, Florida. Bill represents employees and employers in labor and employment
matters and his representation ranges in size from sole proprietors to Fortune
10 companies. He has litigated numerous employment law and employee benefits cases and has
assisted startup firms in obtaining capital. He has litigated several complex

He is very interested in politics and was a candidate for Congress in Florida District 9 in 2006 and 2008.
