Biography
For more the past 18 years I have represented thousands of clients in resolving their criminal cases. I have also assisted numerous clients in appealing their convictions, or in their postconviction cases. I have also handled numerous personal injury clients recieve a financial recovery after having been involved in an accident. It is important to me to give my clients quality time to ensure they are treated fair by a system that doesn't always play fair. I enjoy researching every case, writing pre-trial motions, post-conviction motions and arguing for the rights of my clients. I also enjoy appealing issues in criminal cases and domestic violence/stalking injunctions where there was no legal or factual basis to impose such an injunction.

Won my appeal
I asked for help from many attorneys and Patrick was willing to take my case and help me appeal a civil case that should have never happened in 2019. Personable, reliable, communicative, honest and reasonable. Hope to never have to use an attorney again but if I did it would be with Mr. Bailey.

Best lawyer in town
I hired Patrick to help me on my VOP case and he kept me from having to be in jail, and was very professional and honest with me through out it all, he always answered my calls and made me feel confident through it all and he did everything he said he would for me! He's an awesome criminal lawyer.
