Sometimes, a loved one can no longer manage healthcare and financial decisions, but does not have an estate plan in place- or there are problems with that plan. We represent guardians who are appointed by the Court to oversee healthcare and finances.

Smooth signing

Amy Phillips assigned my Will transaction meeting to her legal assistant Morgan Slaughter. Morgan answered all my legal questions, relevant to my new Will, resulting in a very positive smooth completion to this transaction.

Definitely NO!

Did the complete opposite of what we asked her to do. Then when we called to see what needed to be done to fix the problem, could not get her or anyone to call back. We definitely want our money back.

Mother and Son visit
