I am an estate planning attorney who focuses my practice on helping women protect their family and their future.  I am dedicated to working with each of my clients to provide them a plan that is focused on how they want to protect and care for their family.  Each client has a special and unique family, therefore, I treat each client with the unique and special attention they deserve to complete their estate plan.

My specific practice areas include wills, living wills, powers of attorney for finance, advance directives for healthcare, revocable living trusts, third party special needs trusts, probate planning and nomination of guardians and conservators.

I have given presentations to both attorneys and non-attorneys on each of these areas of law.  Please reach out to Atlanta Wills + Trusts Law Group at to schedule a consultation with me to discuss how I can help you and your family.

Estate Planning Attorney
Amy proved to be exceptional attorney in our estate planning. Even before we hired her we had a telephone conference with her and she discussed with us her plan to guide us through. Amy gave us time to get back with her after our initial conversation, and we made the right decision to hire her and her team who are competent, detailed, organized, and are there for you to answer your questions either by phone, text, or e-mail they are certainly prompt in getting back with you. My husband and I highly recommend if you are seeking an attorney to look no further. Atlanta Wills + Trusts Law Group by Refeca Law, LLC is the firm for you.

Wonderful to work with!
The entire experience was excellent. Amy rushed putting together our Will so my husband and I could have peace of mind when we took our first big trip without the kids. She made what could be a difficult experience seem easy. All the staff at the practice was very friendly and professional.

So grateful we were able to bring you both peace of mind for your big trip! As parents, each of us at Atlanta Wills + Trusts understands the concerns parents have when they leave their children for the first time (or any time!). Thank you for sharing your experience with our team.

Excellent helping Us Plan Our Healthcare Directives And Wills
Amy was terrific in guiding us through the complex planning and creation of our estate planning documents. We made the decisions, but she helped us think through and understand the sometimes complex implications of each option. Amy also helped us communicate our wishes clearly, to avoid mistakes. We now have a health care proxy, durable power of attorney and wills. We were provided copies and flash drive to store our documents. Amy was extremely knowledgeable, caring and had our best interest through the process.

Helping you think through and understand what can be complex (and, frankly, overwhelming) decisions is what we do best at Atlanta Wills + Trusts. So grateful you chose us to help you walk through this process and get your plan in place. Your words about me, personally, are so kind and thoughtful!
