Long-term care is a costly and confusing matter for families. We can help plan for this, whether the prospect of long-term care is years away or a loved one is already in a nursing facility.

Sometimes, a loved one can no longer manage healthcare and financial decisions, but does not have an estate plan in place- or there are problems with that plan. We represent guardians who are appointed by the Court to oversee healthcare and finances.

Our office assists families and friends of deceased persons whose assets need to be distributed. We help determine whether a probate case should be filed with the Court, and oversee the process either through probate or trust administartion.

Amy Phillips and Staff

Very happy with Amy and her staff professional knowledgeable and friendly. Amy is the best if you need estate planning like I did. There were a couple of things I had not even thought about but she took care of everything for me. Makes it easier for me and my children. It took 5 weeks from start ...to finish but well worth it. You won't be sorry give her a call.
