Sometimes, a loved one can no longer manage healthcare and financial decisions, but does not have an estate plan in place- or there are problems with that plan. We represent guardians who are appointed by the Court to oversee healthcare and finances.

Smooth signing

Amy Phillips assigned my Will transaction meeting to her legal assistant Morgan Slaughter. Morgan answered all my legal questions, relevant to my new Will, resulting in a very positive smooth completion to this transaction.

Painless Probate Process

Amy Phillips and her team were very proficient and professional in handling the probate process for my fathers estate, all during the Covid-19 pandemic in the summer of 2020. I would highly recommend them, and will look to them for any future services.

Thorough, knowledgable, kind and compassionate

We hired Amy to handle my mom's affairs. Choosing an attorney to assist you in planning for your later years is an important decision. You want someone who knows what questions to ask and someone who will cover all the bases in creating a solid estate plan. Amy Phillips is exactly that kind of attorn...ey.
