Sometimes, a loved one can no longer manage healthcare and financial decisions, but does not have an estate plan in place- or there are problems with that plan. We represent guardians who are appointed by the Court to oversee healthcare and finances.

Our office assists families and friends of deceased persons whose assets need to be distributed. We help determine whether a probate case should be filed with the Court, and oversee the process either through probate or trust administartion.

Thorough, knowledgable, kind and compassionate

We hired Amy to handle my mom's affairs. Choosing an attorney to assist you in planning for your later years is an important decision. You want someone who knows what questions to ask and someone who will cover all the bases in creating a solid estate plan. Amy Phillips is exactly that kind of attorn...ey. Kind, compassionate and thourough are great words to describe her. When my mom was diagnosed with cancer, she had no plan in place. Amy Phillips Tucker is competent and extremely knowledgeable in estate planning, Florida probate and elder law. Honest, Trustworthy Attorney

Amy went out of her way to help our family when my mother-in-law was sick. She was very knowledgeable about the steps we needed to take, and put our minds at ease during the difficult time in dealing with an aging parent. Amy is kind, honest, and trustworthy.
