Long-term care is a costly and confusing matter for families. We can help plan for this, whether the prospect of long-term care is years away or a loved one is already in a nursing facility.

Sometimes, a loved one can no longer manage healthcare and financial decisions, but does not have an estate plan in place- or there are problems with that plan. We represent guardians who are appointed by the Court to oversee healthcare and finances.

Compassionate, Genuine, and Competent

Our family was in great need of a lawyer who could help us navigate the often confusing procedures for getting our elderly parent approved for Medicaid and Long-Term Care via a Medicaid Diversion Program.
