I'VE USED MR. HOFSTRA'S OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES FOR PROBATE AND TITLE WORK. HIS OFFICE WAS REFERRED TO ME BY A PROMINENT REALTOR. EVEN THOUGH I AM AN ATTORNEY, THEY GAVE ME REALLY GOOD, SOUND ADVICE; NOT JUST WANT I WANTED TO HEAR. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK, AND WITH THEM. THEY'RE ALL SIMPLY VERY KIND, COMPETENT, PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Peter was most accommodating with our request for assistance regarding the closing of a condo purchase within a short time frame. We are from Canada and were vacationing in Florida when we were notified of the closing date of our condo in Canada. Honest and direct

Karen Snyder was MOST helpful
We contracted the firm based on a referral by our FL Realtor. We had had an issue with our Deed and needed to have it modified to include our adult daughter. Karen Snyder took great care of us. From the first contact through the whole process she explained things very well, was willing to go the extra mile to insure we had the right deed modification and always responded in a timely fashion to our calls and emails. It can be intimidating to have to do a legal action when you are at the mercy of the legal team and really don't know even how to ask the right questions. We could not have been more pleased with Peter Hofstra and Karen Snyder. We highly recommend them for any legal real estate needs.

I hired Mr. Hofstra to handle an eviction for me. I was more than satisfied with the results. It was totally taken care of in a timely and very professional manner. He was able to do what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I again needed some legal advise regarding a real estate problem, and again I turned to Mr. Hofstra. He was truly a professional and again as before he was able to get the job done precisely as he said he would. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to him for legal advise regarding any type of real estate. And if I every need a lawyer, I would definitely call Mr. Hofstra because I know he would go the extra mile for me. Thank you for all that you did for me.

Great Service and Honest Answers
I Hired the Law Firm to assist me with a Chapter 7 BK...I was pleased with cost but more so pleased with the level of integrity and experience they had in dealing with my case. The made the entire experience and process seamless and comfortable. I would recommend them to anybody needing BK services.
