Peter was most accommodating with our request for assistance regarding the closing of a condo purchase within a short time frame. We are from Canada and were vacationing in Florida when we were notified of the closing date of our condo in Canada. We contracted the firm based on a referral by our FL Realtor. We had had an issue with our Deed and needed to have it modified to include our adult daughter. Karen Snyder took great care of us.
