Peter was most accommodating with our request for assistance regarding the closing of a condo purchase within a short time frame. We contracted the firm based on a referral by our FL Realtor. We had had an issue with our Deed and needed to have it modified to include our adult daughter. Karen Snyder took great care of us. From the first contact through the whole process she explained things very well, was willing to go the extr...a mile to insure we had the right deed modification and always responded in a timely fashion to our calls and emails.
