Reviewed Vacant Lot Contracts

Mr. Lachey, Was very professional and prompt when he reviewed the various paperwork and contracts with regards to me selling my property. His confidence helped to lower my anxiety level so that I felt comfortable selling my vacant property. He was fantastic and I highly recommend his service.

Highly recommended

Retained Mr Hachey for a deficiency judgement. He was very professional and proficient with helping me out of a difficult situation. Received the results I was hoping for at what I considered a very fair price. Would definitely recommend and would use again myself if the need every arises.

review of contract

Mr Hachey was asked to review a real estate contract that we signed as sellers. The reason for the review was to determine if we (sellers) could back out of this contract. Mr Hachey was asked to review the contract and determine if any part of the contract would allow us to cancel said contract. Mr. Hachey did indeed find just cause to cancel contract because the date we signed was one day after the final day to agree and sign.

Knows his stuff

I recommend using Stephen Hachey for all your real estate needs. He knows his stuff and can explain "law" easily to anyone so that us non lawyers can easily understand our rights and what steps we should do to protect ourselves in all aspects of the housing purchase - or if you hit hard times - the foreclosure process. If I am ever in need of real estate services again, I will be sure to call on him again!

Stephen handled the the sale of my and my wife's house in Florida (I live in another state). You MUST use this lawyer/firm if you need foreclosure/short sale help

My family needed help in short selling our home. This should have been a stressful and uncertain period for us; however with the help of this firm, everything went beyond smoothly. The whole process was over in no time. They communicated every detail, took calls after work hours, ensured we understand all legal details, and treated the case with high personal attention. Excellent law firm, produces results!

The professionals at Hachey Law P.A., including Stephen, Sykeem, and especially Kristi, handled the short sale of my house so seamlessly! After 10-1/2 months and 3 contracts, the sale finally closed less than 2 weeks ago. During the first few months, when the banks were SO slow in responding, they calmed my anxieties and assured me everything would work out fine. The 1st buyers cancelled because of the bank delays – have no fear, it was back on the market immediately and had another contract in just a couple of months. Then the 2nd buyers (investors) cancelled – just a couple of days before closing, and with no reason! That’s when my anxiety and fear really kicked in, but Kristi was so calm and reassuring in the face of the storm. AND – Kristi saved the day, by immediately contacting an investor she already knew and who she thought might snap up my home and turn it around quickly. And they did! Just 1 short week after the 2nd sale fell through, the 3rd time was a charm, and the buyers closed quickly and effortlessly! MANY, MANY thanks to all the folks at Hachey who had a part in making this happen!!

Foreclosure defense and Short Sales in Tampa Florida

First Class Service

After having a client/friend relationship with Stephen Hachey for over 3 years I knew when I made the decision to buy a house there was no other person that I would trust more to find my wife and I our dream home. Stephen is a true professional, he listened to exactly what we wanted and then delivered just that. Buying a home can be a very stressful process but working with Stephen and his office made it very easy and enjoyable. We were able to close very quickly. Not only is he a realtor but an attorney as well which made us feel very safe throughout the process. Every time we had a question he had the answer and was available by cell phone at all times. After our purchase went so well I was quick to refer him to my parents when they were ready for a purchase as well as a client when she was ready to sell, both of them experience the same service we did and were all very pleased. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. First class all the way!

Great for Real Estate Transaction

I highly recommend Stephen Hachey. I had an issue with a real estate transaction where we were going to close on a house but found some crazy things at the final walkthrough. Stephen not only helped us to get out of the contract, he helped get us our deposit back too!

Short Sale Pro!!!

Stephen and his team are true professionals!!! I struggled for several months dealing with my bank and could never get them to the table to negotiate a short sale. Through word of mouth, I found Stephen and he and his team immediately started the process. He became the face to my bank and took the reigns. The end result, he was able to get the bank to agree to short sale!!! Thank you!!!! Highly recommend Stephen if you're in need of legal representation to work the short sale process. You just can't do it any other way and the banks will take advantage of your situation. Get help now and call Stephen. You'll be glad you did!!!
