We contracted the firm based on a referral by our FL Realtor. We had had an issue with our Deed and needed to have it modified to include our adult daughter. Karen Snyder took great care of us. From the first contact through the whole process she explained things very well, was willing to go the extr...a mile to insure we had the right deed modification and always responded in a timely fashion to our calls and emails. It can be intimidating to have to do a legal action when you are at the mercy of the legal team and really don't know even how to ask the right questions. I hired Mr. Hofstra to handle an eviction for me. I was more than satisfied with the results. It was totally taken care of in a timely and very professional manner.
