Knows his stuff

I recommend using Stephen Hachey for all your real estate needs. He knows his stuff and can explain "law" easily to anyone so that us non lawyers can easily understand our rights and what steps we should do to protect ourselves in all aspects of the housing purchase - or if you hit hard times - the f...oreclosure process. If I am ever in need of real estate services again, I will be sure to call on him again!

Stephen Hatchey is great!

I was impressed that I was able to speak directly to Stephen Hatchey the first time I called. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a manner I could understand. Stephen fought for me through the short sale process and helped me to understand my rights following foreclosure.... Foreclosure defense and Short Sales in Tampa Florida

The Stephen Hachey Team was very helpful with a short sale of a property in Tampa Florida. His Team was excellent through the entire process and we feel as if we were educated. We would also recommend Stephen Hachey for other services like Foreclosure defense and Title work.

Consumers be aware

This attorney talks a great game, so I actually hired him as my attorney because he seemed to be very genuine. My home was under foreclosure and I tired on my own to get a loan modifications. I thought hiring a lawyer would get it done quick and easy. I paid well over 6000 dollars and this has linger...ed over a year now. Every time I would call the office for support know one was ever available, disheartened because in the first phone call I was told to come in whenever call whenever but this WAS NOT THE CASE. I was always told someone would get back to me waited 48 hours and called back to get the same response someone would be calling me. Very unprofessional when you’re paying someone to act on your behalf out of respect you should call back. Please think twice before hiring this attorney foreclosure is already stressful enough you definitely don’t need the added stress of not knowing what’s going on with your case.

Our office policy is to return calls same day or at least within 24 hours. Also, our office does not allow any new or current clients to come in without a scheduled appointment.
