Don’t expect contact

Vets BEWARE! Dax Lonetto’s firm only takes cases that are essentially shoe ins. That being said working with this company they are super unresponsive and giving them the benefit of the doubt at best extremely inattentive (I assume it’s more disregard). Been “working” with Lenetto since April, abso...lute crickets. No news is good news so I didn’t worry. It has been 8 months with no movement. So I decided to start calling just for a quick update it any. Over the past month I have tried multiple times to get ahold of them always reaching someone being told I’ll be called back then absolutely nothing. Finally reached someone who knew something about my case and nothing had been started. It is fine that nothing had been started but attempting for a month contact and not receiving anything back is pathetic for any organization or company. When I cancelled I was told this was a one off and to check the reviews. I know most vets need these services, this isn’t something that should be a slimy process. I also know for a fact most people when dealing with bad companies take the loss and move on… So here’s my review. Do not work with a lawyer that will not contact you over a month with multiple attempts. If this company is willing to take your case it’s highly likely you have everything you need, say no to what whatever law firm led you hear go to the next.

Chad thank you for the feedback. However, we disagree with the statement: "Dax Lonetto’s firm only takes cases that are essentially shoe ins." First, that would imply that your case was a "shoe-in." Second, and most importantly you have no way of knowing which cases we do and do not take. So while we value the constructive criticism, the commentary regarding the types of cases we take is not an accurate representation from a knowledgeable source.

Positive VA Results

I would highly recommend Dax Lonetto to any Veteran needing assistance with their VA disability claim. He was very diligent and thorough and handled my claim to a very satisfactory conclusion. I really appreciate all of the help he gave me because I know without his help I never would have been abl...e to achieve a positive result with the VA.
