After my divorce I needed to get back on my feet and rebuild. The first step of that was filing bankruptcy. This is such a sensitive matter. For anyone that has been through it you know how stressful divorce can be, and many times like me you're left starting your life over. Mr . McGinn and Monika ...are so professional and knowledgeable. They truly have your back and will do what's right for you. During this emotional, and typically terrifying time of being unsettled they brought a comfort and reassurance that they will handle this and I will be able to rebuild for me and my children. I wish would've had Mr.Mcginn and Monika for my divorce. I have already referred two people over and will continue to send anyone looking for a great attorney his way.

The Best Family Law lawyer in the Tampa Bay Area.

Mr. McGinn is very patient and understanding. He is a very good listener and zeros in to the main issue and presents that is such an excellent way to the court. So far, we have been very pleased with all the issues that have taken place. Mr. McGinn has been there right beside us all the way and if we... don't understand something he will make sure by the time everything is said and done we understand all issues and the potential outcome of each.We wouldn't use any other lawyer in the Tampa Bay area for our family law problems.

Great Lawyer - Really Cares!

I first became Mr. McGinn's client for my Divorce. During the consultation, he really connected with my situation and he focused on my needs. As we know, a Divorce takes time and Mr. McGinn and his Admin Monika were wonderful! I had a lot of insecurities and questions. I am very thankful that Mr.... McGinn helped me through that chaotic time. I am now consulting Mr. McGinn again for Bankruptcy options. It just makes complete sense since I already trust him and he knows my debt from the Divorce. Overall, retaining Mr. McGinn was a great experience!

Amazing representation in our Custody modification case.

After being sued for custody modification and after having a lawyer who cost me 12k and did nothing I was weary of hiring another attorney. I finally choose Mike to represent me. My pastor recommended him and I was glad we choose him. E-mail responses were fast he even responded on WEEKENDS!! He wa...s very knowledgeable in our case and didn't try and do things that were not necessary and costly. He promptly notified me of what needed to be done, scheduled court cases quickly and overall is an amazing lawyer.He wasn't one of them lawyers who only know you by your case but was very personable in getting to know the person and well as the case. Also his paralegal Monika was amazing and very knowledgeable as well. One of the great things is he is a family man and christian who can understand what you are going through. He was very empathetic to our concerns and really put our minds at ease after the disaster we had with the other lawyer. He dresses professionally all the time and takes his cases very seriously and has a well representative demeanor, even when the other lawyer was being loud, obnoxious and unprofessional. In the future if we have another custody case he is the Lawyer I will choose to represent me every time!!

Calm, Compassionate and Tenacious Attorney who has Genuine Concern for his Client

Mr. McGinn has been my Attorney of choice for many years now guiding me through the Florida Legal System with much knowledge and ability in his chosen areas of expertise. He has protected my interests with true Professionalism, honesty, integrity and compassion at all times. He is currently represent...ing me in a very difficult and emotionally charged Child Custody dispute which has been extremely 'Brain fraught' at times. I can assure you that this Attorney means business and he will 'stay the course' for you and your rights. He is an excellent listener and even when I have doubted myself many times over he has confidently and calmly put me back on track showing me that there is indeed light at the end of the tunnel. I would recommend Mr. McGinn and his wonderful Paralegal staff every single time.
