Do not hire this firm to represent you if you want to be dealing with honest, competent and professional law firm. I hired Mr. Imudia’s firm in 2023 for the filing of EB2 visa. However, my personal situation changed within 2 weeks of hiring them so I asked him to put the filing on-hold. No work w...as done at the time but there were a couple of email exchanges asking him to put the work on hold on clarifying something. Fast forward a year later, I requested to rescind the agreement. With no work done, Mr Imudia created a bogus invoice that costs 2x my retainer for emails he read from me about putting the work on hold. There is no justification for a lawyer charging anybody an hour for reading a 4 sentence email. When I asked him to return my retainer he said he can offer to forgo the rest of the bill he bogusly created. I believe he has no integrity, professionalism and he is also incompetent because he is uncomfortable with difficult questions and he will lose his temper when asked those. Really save yourself the headache and avoid this firm

I hired Martins Imudia for my son and I and been using him for three years. The lawyer sent the case in with documents missing, so now we been waiting for years to remove conditions from the 2 year card! I had requested a copy of an extension letter they received and they told us we had a bill that w...as unpaid. We then found out they had tried billing us $560 for sending in the documents that they forgot to send with the original filing! When I questioned the amount and why we owed it, he threaten to send us to collections if we did not pay and refused to send us the extension letter, and threatened us to withdraw from the case, if we did I have not pay him within one week, even though we had just found out about the charge when we requested the extension letter. Completely rude and unprofessional! We will be filing a case against his office.

Dr Martins Imudia is not just a lawyer, but a complete personal and professional standard behavior in display at work. You do not need to be told but a trial will convince you. This is not a spurious review but with testimony of what I personally experienced for making become a citizen within a cou...ple of years. He handled my case professionally with a proactive understanding of the issues at hand with equal approach and the result was a success.

Dr. Martins hand his team have been a dream to work with. They have made this process as simple as it could get. We had heard of horror stories when it comes to hiring a lawyer, and the immigration process itself. Luckily with "Center for U.S. Immigration Services" we did not have any bumps in the ro...ad. First of all, let me start by saying that Dr. Martins Imudia is the most loyal and best lawyer you could ever seek advise from. Believe you me if I say loyal and honest I mean it because if you see him on first consultation and he tells you he can or cannot help you, he will let you know upfront and... explain the reason why to you. I first met Dr. Martin in 2015 with my immigration problem, he did walk me through what was going to happen from beginning to end. and yes, I know everyone is cautious about money as well but Dr. Martin will tell you all about that as well and let you know upfront also that, its a matter of time dealing with immigration and therefore has to have patience. As stated earlier on, my paperwork began in 2015 with Dr. Martin and office staff taking meticulous attention to every sensitive paperwork and follow ups. I am proud to say that with all the effort and hardwork him and his office staff did, my paperwork is complete and now have my green card and live in peace. I talked to a lot of lawyers in reference to my situation for overstaying my visa and nobody could help me out but Dr. Martin did. Like I said it takes a lot of patience. From 2015 to 2019, and that's how long it took but everything worked out. So, all you people out there looking for a lawyer to represent you on serious and tough immigration issues, please pick the phone up and call Dr. Martins Imudia. that all I can say.
